Lance Armstrong Scared of Sheryl Crow's Biological Clock

Lance Armstrong admits musician Sheryl Crow's biological clock is to blame for their break-up three years ago. Crow, who was 44 at the time, pressured Armstrong to get married and have kids right away. But he wasn't ready and backed out of the relationship. "We're up against her biological clock -- that pressure is what cracked it," he told author John Wilcockson (via New York Post.)
"She wanted marriage, she wanted children; and not that I didn't want that, but I didn't want that at that time because I had just gotten out of a marriage, I'd just had kids [Luke, Grace and Bella]," Armstrong said.
Armstrong admits he tried to attend a few counseling sessions with Crow, but even that couldn't mend her needs. "Really there's no way to counsel that situation because if somebody wants a child -- man, that's the greatest gift you can give to a woman -- so who are you to stand there and say I don't want one. So we were at different points in our lives. We were not compatible on that issue," he said.
Soon after their split, Crow adopted a two-week-old boy, Wyatt Steven Crow, in May 2007.
Then last December, Armstrong announced that his girlfriend, Anna Hansen, is pregnant, and the baby is due next month.
